Dick Bellamy Remembered -- Row row row your boat,1998

This was another painting on plywood with linen covered aluminum cut out pieces. This was one of the few paintings I've done that I actually borrowed the photograph to do the painting and preliminary drawing. The head size of Dick in the photograph was about 1/4 inch square. I didn't use any technology to enlarge the image. What I liked about the picture was the 3 points of light on Dick's serene face.
